I like that it's user friendly to use with multiple users being able to access at one time as well as having an option of using mobile devices if needed. It has all features you would need but not everything so there are some things missing or have limited options available. It's very simple to set up new products or services as well as track them through their lifecycle with ease! The training material that comes along when you purchase has some great information about how everything works but it could use more examples of certain processes/features within your system such as work orders etc. We are able to easily create service requests from our customers which helps us keep an updated schedule so we can ensure they get fixed quickly if needed without having…

The ability to create work orders from jobs that are already completed or open has been essential. It also allows you to keep track of what needs to be done as well as who did it. I have not found any downsides at this time. If anything we would like more features added such as tracking parts used within each job so there is less chance of forgetting something when working with our customers. Keep up the great work!
