Received this last night and tried it straight away. This is a pack and with my waist length hair I used the whole pack. I need another pack or maybe 2, 3 total. but I still prefer to groom the tips and leave the scalp intact. Works great. My hair was damaged by bleach and perms. This made it silky and smooth. Hasn't discolored or anything, highly recommended. Used on colored brown hair, natural hair and sensitive skin.

It was interesting - not at all what I expected. I might have been thinking more of a conditioner consistency, but it felt more like a serum for your hair. I really liked the cooling menthol and it felt great on my hair. I don't think it made my hair silky smooth after washing (I applied the shampoo and then that while skipping the conditioner). This bag is perfect for travelling. I don't find hotel conditioners very effective for my hair, so I prefer to bring my own. This bag was perfect for my toiletries and I was able to use it twice on the trip. If I used it head to tail I would only have one use of this, but just using it on my dry ends worked great.
