worked for me best in oil filter

I changed the oil and filter in a Mercedes S500 with this filter and had no problems with it. When I first did this I watched a YouTube video on how to do it and I'm glad I did. The filter on mine didn't come out of the case as shown and I had to use a lot of force to remove it, probably because it was quite old. Otherwise it was easy to replace and has been working fine for about a month now so I have no complaints. MB says change oil and filter at 60,000 miles but I bought two and plan to…

I have been using a Mann Filter HU 718/5 X metal free fleece oil filter for over 9 years and change it at every oil change every 10,000 miles. An excellent German made OEM product to remove contaminants from your vehicle's engine oil for all Mercedes ML w163 vehicles from 1998 to 2005. Easy to install and comes with all 5 different sized O-rings. The 2004 Mercedes ML 350 required all 5 rings. NON ORIGINAL FILTER FAKE - large leaking o-rings

I finally found the time to change the oil and filter on my wife's Mercedes ML500. I AM THE MECHANISM HEAD. I've built many cars, sedans, Bentleys and RRs, raced at the St. Thomas Dragway. Sub engine oil is filled. Slippage of the V-ribbed belt on the steering and alternator. It has been found that a large o-ring does not seal too softly and slightly enlarged. This is a genuine part - fits many Mercedes vehicles

I have no doubt that I like to take care of my car. On a car that only needs an oil change every 10,000-13,000 miles, I want to make sure I'm using an approved oil filter that can last that long.
