Maples Rugs Distressed Tapestry Washable Review

I thought I'd buy a 2 x 6 panel rug. That was the name of the interactive selection option. I received a 20" x 34" rug. When viewing the list, all the descriptions and interactive options get jumbled up. The description of the 7 x 10 variant actually says 2 x 6. The description of the 5x8 variant says 2 x 10 carpet. Be aware of this and make sure you are buying based on the description and not the option.

I like that this rug doesn't slip. I didn't buy a separate pad for him. It plays rumba and is perfect for the tiny hallway/washroom I have. It's not super soft, but it's also uncomfortable on your feet. Also, my feet don't stand on the cold wooden floor when I fold laundry. I think it will be good in the kitchen too. It will hide stains or stains from food well. I've put it in the washing machine several times and washed well.

These mats are great. I have a 10ft runner and 3 smaller mats. I was a bit skeptical at first about how thin they are and also how light they are since I have them in my kitchen, but they worked great. They are soft underfoot and stay put on my hardwood floors. My daughter recently crushed the lightest spot of the rug with raspberries and with the help of a little Mrs. Myers spray and a towel she got out right away. They give the kitchen a warm yet classy look. Highly recommended!

Open it from the outside unless you want your whole house to smell like a mixture of rotten eggs and cat pee. valued so highly. It's been almost 48 hours now and even after airing it out in the sun the whole time it still stinks. Honestly, I think something should have changed when it came to making a rubber back. If you look at the reviews in 2020, you will see the ones that mention that awful smell. It's coming back tomorrow and I won't be buying another one from this company.

This rug is amazing! He's SO soft. My kids wouldn't stop walking on it after I put it down. It has ZERO smell. Made in the USA! It can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. For the vacuum cleaner we simply use the brush attachment (no rotating brush), they don't slip either. The colors match the image on Revain. The pattern also corresponds to the picture. I love the Maples brand rugs, they are beautiful and attractive and I love that they are an American company. But this rug was disappointing. The design is great, it looked great in my laundry room and I love the rubber backing. The sad thing is I chose to wash it cold/gentle with complimentary clear detergent and when I took it out of the washing machine to air dry I saw that the pattern was completely washed out! These are very nice neutral treadmills (exactly as pictured on Revain) with a non-slip surface. I needed one for the base of my queen bed because my dog won't jump on the bed if I don't have a rug there. Anti-slip coating is what you need if you want cheap and washable!
