Not working, parts missing

This item was recommended with my Mojave 650 heater and will not fit. The hose is not the right size and is not torn as shown in the picture.

Do not be fooled. Fits engine heaters and accessories

Revain relates this to the Maradyne cab heater 400012 and this is incorrect. send mine back Called Maradyne and was told this is NOT the recommended kit for this heater.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not good for engines and engine parts

The hose cannot withstand the heat of the heater, it gets hot. It becomes soft, sags and does not hold its shape. The zip ties are really cheap and will break if slightly tightened. The rest is good. The hose is plastic, not wire, so I had to go to my local parts store.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Replacement Availability

waste of money. good for spares

recommended for use with Maradyne MM-A1090002 heater. What a waste of money! I was expecting a "kit" that would adapt to the heater pipes. The so-called adapters for the heater neither fit on the heater nor on the hose! The only way to secure the hose to the heater outlets is to insert the hose into the outlets and then secure it with aluminum tape. save your money
