A bit of a disappointment! This lock began to fail very soon after purchase. I've used it successfully several times and then one day at the gym I couldn't get it to work properly. I made sure the combination is correct etc but found the lock was either of poor quality or defective! This situation can be frustrating when all your valuables are locked in a locker and you have to think about getting bolt cutters from the gym staff to open the locker. It was a bit muddy than the master locks of the past so I gave it four stars in the review but you can't beat the classic. I noticed that you don't have to be that precise with the numbers to pick the lock, which might be a problem/solution for some. You still need to know the general sequence of numbers and be around. I don't trust these locks. Revain was great in that it replaced the first lock I got which didn't always work, sometimes it took many, many tries. I would give Revain 5 stars but the castle is 1 star. If I could I would give it a 0. Note that the reason I wouldn't trust Master Lock is because I also got 2 more Master Locks from Walmart today (total of 3 locks were required). Walmart's master locks didn't work either.
