great product, took 5 minutes to install, it's a direct replacement, just needs a flat head screwdriver to get under the clip to remove the old ones, new ones come on easily and fit just right.

They work but they are different from regular Ford racks. The hole leading to the fender pin is larger than the original hole, and the hole leading to the hood pin is not the angle of the original.

Product purchased and broke after 3 months. I of course threw the box away and despite attempts to contact the manufacturer or seller with a warranty claim it was impossible to do so. I sent an email to a contact I found and didn't get a reply. Not only are they not seated properly, but oil has already leaked from one of the shock absorbers.

They are ok, they fit and look golden, my hood is good, my old ones have been removed. The only two things I notice are that the part that connects to the hood isn't sloped like the original, which makes things a little worse. Secondly, the lower part of the clip is actually not as good as the original. The top clip locks well, but the bottom one doesn't seem to lock like it should. Juice got them and installed them today so we'll see how long they last.

Lower pivot first: (pic 1) Left shock absorber is original; still firmly attached to the ball. The correct damper is a replacement; not suitable. Of course you can get it on a ball joint, but it will slip off at the slightest pressure. Dangerous! Top Pivot: (Figure 2) The shock on the left is an OEM part with a tilt head mount.
