I had to buy something like this many years ago. I've always had a hard toilet seat and have never known anything else. Then my cousin had one, I tried it and never thought sitting in the bathroom could be so comfortable. I'm so glad I have this beautiful toilet seat. It was easy to install and clean to keep it looking nice. I love it.

We bought two of these about 2 years ago. They are comfortable, easy to install and have held up well for 2 years (including 2020 when we were home all the time). Eventually they both developed a small crack, so we ordered new replacement parts. You are very good. Update: One of the two new ones cracked in just 1 month (the soft pad cracked).

In recent years, the toilet seat has become more and more easy to install. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver. But no, you need a key for 16, which I don't have. Instead of being done in two minutes, I stick my head out from behind the toilet and try to install the damn thing with pliers. Thanks for making this harder than it needs to be, Mayfair. I really hope this thing holds up.

Not as thick as before. You can definitely tell they've changed the quality, there's almost no padding. FYI for the company, when someone finds a product they like, they keep ordering it and telling others how to find and order it! Any recommendation for a higher quality and thickness would be greatly appreciated. I used to buy them from Bed, Bath and Beyond and post Covid they didn't have anything else. So sad!

I love softness and this product is just that. At the same time it's durable, keeps its shape and doesn't slide around on the toilet like some products (I've had bad experiences with other soft toilet seats). Your own toilet to get the right fit shouldn't be a problem. I highly recommend this product, especially for those who feel like a hard seat is the only way to live. It's not like this! Try it out and let yourself be surprised. You will not be disappointed.

This one isn't bad. I have to pull it up every week as it moves sideways a bit. I only keep a 5/8" wrench nearby. Also, the comfortably soft cushion feels a little damp after sitting for long periods. Don't ask me why, I think it contains sweat I guess. The hinge is relatively easy to open. However, when closed, they do not twist to the end (see photo). The seat is held firmly in place with plastic nuts and bolts and feels solid and comfortable. But aesthetically, all this leaves much to be desired. I saw some bad reviews for this toilet seat so I expected the seat to be cheap, flimsy, unsupportive etc. For the price, it's actually a solid quality product. Previously, soft toilet seats would have their seams come undone with minimal use. All of the seams and connections on this seat feel very secure.
