This is a decent replica of a very similar skirt from an expensive sports brand (starts with 'L'), especially for the price. Lots of detail and style is there, but the material, especially for the skirt, isn't very good - too "noisy" and too similar to what you made my cape out of. Also, shortliners don't have grippy material around the leg, so they can ride up. I received it and measured it, it is actually 15 inches long.
