People say I'm a generous person but not that generous with wine. The measuring cup allows me to distribute the Bacchus nectar honestly and gently. It's also a great way to control how much you're drinking, albeit up to the third glass. I forgot to use it. Hooray! child of Bacchus

It would be better if the markings were darker so that they would be easy to read. The mark is engraved on the glass (white color). If you measure something bright, the markings will mix with the liquid, making it difficult to read. I ended up using sharpie to darken the outside engravings so they could be read. If you find one that has darker markings, buy it.

I love this glass! It's just the right size, I've used it to make smoothies and to be honest about the volume of every high calorie drink I drink. The measurement lines are clearly visible and the base is very heavy - it feels like a good highball glass. You might not want it to measure liquids like a traditional measuring cup, there's no spout so it can get messy, but the point of this glass is to measure and drink straight out of it - no messy measuring cup!

Well I'm upset because this is the second measuring cup I've ordered (first from another company) that has inaccurate markings. If I add an 8 ounce cup of liquid it actually comes out to around 7.3 or 7.5, not on the 8 ounce line. So I have to remember that if I'm going to count calories and pour myself a cup of juice, stop BEFORE I hit the 8-ounce mark or I'll over-pour.
