Tools appear solid and well made. The only downside is that the toolbox has a messy design. The bottom row of accessories for sockets doesn't hold them well so they fly out when you open the case.

I can't believe this product received an overall rating of 4.1 stars. The tool must be absolutely amazing because as soon as I opened the case and saw how poorly made and what a mess it makes when all the sockets fall out, I immediately packed it up and sent it back. If you're looking for a tool chest that makes you feel miserable every time you open it, then this tool chest is for you!

I'm still not sure if it's worth the money but I can say that it's definitely very cheaply made. I think it will be fine for small to medium chores around the house, but that's about it. When it comes to things made in China, you definitely get what you pay for. Ratchet sockets don't work, so you need to make sure your sockets don't fall off when you're using them.

I really dislike this product because: Although the ratchet drive handle has a ball bearing to accommodate and hold/help the head during use, neither the sockets nor the extensions have a notch/ Notch for securing the drive ball bearing. This causes attachments and extensions to fall off with use and as you know there is nothing worse than drying your work on your project in a cramped space after which your tool falls apart. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'll send them back when I can.

The ratchet broke the first time it was used. Also, the case was so poorly designed and constructed that most of the sockets were NOT secured inside the case, meaning that if you're not careful opening it, sockets, bits and more are strewn all over the place. Do yourself a favor (like I should have) and spend a few bucks more on a great brand. I would also take the time to read all of the reviews and find out what many of them have in common. Great range of tools for the price, was very impressed with the sockets, wrenches etc however there is a design flaw with the use of small sockets the sockets would not lock. the key, as it is used, it falls, in my case, into the engine of the car. It has a lifetime warranty but I'm not sure if I'm out of luck or if other kits have the same issue, buy with caution. Bought a similar set from Menards for $15 less, 15 less tools, but built a stronger case of the same type and they worked great so…

3/8" and 1/2" sockets will not snap (bottom 3 rows) resulting in sockets everywhere. I used some of the included packing foam to hold the bushings in place when closed. Other than that, it's typically Chinese crap, but it serves my purpose for a $79 auto emergency toolkit. I wouldn't recommend it for medium/heavy duty, just something to get you out of a tight road situation. Retaining bushings have no spring, so the bushings just fall off. Downgraded to 1 star. We will come back for a refund…
