Melitta Junior Basket Coffee Filters Review

Perfect fit for my 4 cup Mr. Coffee maker. The filters are just under 3.5 inches in diameter and under 2 inches in height. The filters seem flimsy, but they held up great when I brewed coffee with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee.

I recently bought a small Mr Coffee 4 cup coffee maker and ordered these filters to go with it. They fit perfectly and are comfortable unlike the permanent coffee filter which also works well but is a bit messy to clean. These can simply be thrown away.

My last coffee filters lost their shape at least half the time, which got coffee grounds into my coffee pot and cup. These filters keep their shape very well, so the coffee grounds are not in the wrong place, making the coffee taste much better. They are perfect for my coffee maker. I will definitely buy them again.

Bought these filters for a small 5 cup coffee maker. The description says they are for 4-6 cup machines. The filter needs additional folding to fit in the basket. I just read the fine print on the bottom of the box and it says it is suitable for 8-12 cup coffee makers. This is an obvious false advertisement. Next time you go to a 99 cent store, you'd better buy regular dollar sizes.

Now I've been looking everywhere for these little paper coffee filters - and they're great and fit well. but actually not necessary. While waiting for them to arrive I just used my old big (dollar store ones, cheap cheap cheap, and if you "fold" them to get a smaller "round" shape they work really well I won't buy them even if you are a notch above but not worth the extra cost to me when the big dollar store filters work really well.I like to use paper filters with my filter baskets - it makes…

Heated water does not go through the filter (4-6 cups basket), a lot of water is ground in the pot. I brew my coffee in a camping coffee maker, so after brewing, I usually wait a few minutes until the filter basket is completely empty, then remove the stem and basket (containing hot, wet coffee grounds) from the pot before I use it pour.
