Just 1 one two works (old). The newer regulator (A) is leaking and (B) is not regulating, which is its primary function. A leak is VERY dangerous. Obviously there is no quality control, people please check for leaks so there is no propane explosion.

Everything worked fine after that. Hose notch was recommended as a 1/4 inch, mine wasn't, it was much smaller so I had to cut my $15 hose to fit it very easy to connect to a propane bottle, regulator works as you would expect, unit works well, no black and yellow flames, just not thrilled to cut my new hose.

I have no idea where they get their 47,600 BTU from, but I've tried using it on a 15,000 BTU stove with a torch and the gas output was plenty too too big low (I'd say I didn't get more than 7000 BTUs on the high end). I don't know how you can get 47,600 BTUs out of this. Maybe there is an issue with the pressure and is it a BTU rating at 0psi back pressure?
