Based on MY experience with these switches, they are unreliable and prone to failure. I ended up having to replace them much sooner than expected and it was a frustrating and expensive process. While they may have some good features, the overall quality just isn't there..

Covers hole but does not fit perfectly. Doesn't sit flush with the dashboard like the original and is so tight that one side doesn't go all the way in. Maybe I can shave the dashboard and make it fit.
