Type of review

Even in light rain or when walking in standing water no deeper than 1/4 inch, water seeps into the shoes significantly. Although this shoe is not listed as waterproof, the shoe can be assumed to be waterproof. The construction of the shoe is referred to as a "storm frame". What does the latter imply or mean? Merrell's customer service department insisted that shoes specifically labeled "waterproof" should be purchased to keep moisture out. I have bought many shoes in different materials in…

Pros
  • Great looking shoes that feel
Cons
  • Limited availability in some regions

The price is questionable - my new review

My husband needed new shoes and he loves Merrill's so we bought one. We were shocked to see a $34 Marshall sticker at the bottom when we paid $70. The feeling of being ripped off.

Pros
  • Great shoe, only half a size bigger
Cons
  • Not suitable for sports or running

Tight sock in my review

I was really hoping they were a bit bigger in the toe box. I tried half a size bigger but they were sloppy on the heel. Went back and switched to a different brand.

Pros
  • Suitable for those who stand and walk for a long time.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with bursitis or hammer toe.

manufacturing defect

Apparently a MANUFACTURING DEFECT, however, Merrell refused to acknowledge or endorse their product. The shoes were worn once before they broke.

Pros
  • Update on an old favorite
Cons
  • May not provide good grip on wet surfaces

Shoe profile wears out too quickly

As the photo of the outsole of these shoes at Best Buy shows, even new ones don't have much tread. After wearing 2-3 days a week for 5 months, the sole becomes smooth. These are good shoes for good weather.

Pros
  • Nice couple, comfortable. Put on.
Cons
  • No half sizes

Comfort and fit, TSA Freindly

Great shoes. Stylish, comfortable, TSA compliant. A real trucker. I would have preferred black soft leather on the top and sides for a more elegant look. These are great shoes for active outdoor walks through the streets and alleys of the world, as well as indoor arenas with concrete floors. Well done Merrell, we'll see if they stand the test of time. The whole life

Pros
  • Nice work casual style, comfortable
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with wide feet.

They are perfect for my slightly wider feet.

These are my favorite shoes. I've been through a few every year for the past four years. I usually want a large size but these fit me in a regular size. I tried other regular width Merrell shoes and my feet hurt. If you wear 2E wide shoes most of the time, the regular width will work best for you. The wide ones are more like 4E.

Pros
  • I use the Powerstep Pinnacle insert for better support.
Cons
  • Not very breathable

Very cheaply made. in my rating

They look and feel like cheap fakes. Also the cardboard is thin and thin. I'm suspicious. Not like other Merrels. I wonder if they are fake?

Pros
  • Very comfortable shoes
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with flat feet

Satisfied customer is the best in my rating

I need a 3E/4E fit. They fit great and are comfortable. I can still replace the insole with a superfeet insole, but that's standard practice for me. The shoes look good too. happy customer

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • May be prone to sweating and bad breath

Disappointing in my rating.

I love the look of these shoes. I didn't get into the hole. I normally wear a size 8 at Merrells and ordered a size 8. The opening was also very narrow so I think even if they did fit they would be uncomfortable.

Pros
  • Great price on fir shoes
Cons
  • expensive price

Wide size is too big

Make sure you order a size or half smaller than usual if you order wide. I've been using similar shoes for almost two years. still strong. It has really good arch support.

Pros
  • I really love these shoes, very comfortable
Cons
  • Restricted to casual wear

Excellent quality shoes!

Great fit. Merrell are great shoes and this one is no exception. It is true to size and very comfortable! You can't go wrong with this! I have two colors!

Pros
  • Bought for dad. He likes to wear thick socks and the wide width allows him to wear them.
Cons
  • Not like jungle moks or world moks. Slimmer and thinner.

Not Merrell leather shoes damaging the fake.

The item is not quality shoes from Merrell. This is not damage or return of goods, this is a big robbery. Do not use this product Merrell Men's World VUE Craft MOC Slipper, Black, 07.0 M US is a leather shoe, not a counterfeit.

Pros
  • My second pair of these casual shoes.
Cons
  • Slightly scratched

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Merrill at its best

Comfortable and beautiful too. I ordered a size smaller, from 9 to 8.5 wide and it fits perfectly. I only wish they had wider versions of their shoes as I would definitely buy more.

Pros
  • A good product
Cons
  • Can wear out quickly with frequent use

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Run a little wider than most.

These shoes look beautiful, are very comfortable and the suede is stylish. They look very well made. But they work BIG. So if you normally wear wide shoes, you will most likely need to wear a thick sock with this shoe.

Pros
  • I needed to add arch support but overall they are great for all day wear.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with sensitive skin due to the material.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great option in my opinion.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in over ten years. Most "wide" shoes just don't fit, despite the label. They fit great, feel solid and offer ample arch support. I have thrown away half my shoes since receiving them and will definitely be ordering more.

Pros
  • This shoe is great and maintains good grip on wet surfaces.
Cons
  • No non-slip sole for slippery surfaces

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Beautiful but worn out quickly

It is still in use, but the product quickly fell into disrepair. Simply use as work shoes for things that may hurt better/newer

Pros
  • Nothing to complain about - great price and great service.
Cons
  • Difficult-to-clean suede material

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Okay, but they do better.

The fit is a little loose, the heel slips. Smaller size will be tight. Not the best pair of Merrells I've had, but adequate. Also, the black paint is peeling off my pants. I will probably not buy this model again.

Pros
  • My favorite shoes, I have several pairs of them.
Cons
  • Limited traction

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I only wear Merrell shoes.

I've worn Merrell shoes since living in Ketchikan, Alaska, where it rains over 150 inches a year. These are great shoes and I have worn many pairs of these shoes. The photo shows old, not exactly the same, but the same basic shoes.

Pros
  • They're merrels, so they're great
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with high arches.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Infinitely far. Very disappointed.

Far from as convenient as my World Legends that I'm trying to replace. Legends were built to last. The World Vue was designed as a normal shoe. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, there is not much choice when it comes to this style of shoe. Skechers have a flat toe at the front. The Sperrys I tried lacked quality control. One sole was significantly larger than the other. still searching

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
