Not as described - household item

I ordered a specific bottle in the picture, the bottle came in a different shape, which disappointed me because I wanted to express it. It was also listed as 6 packs and I only received one bottle. I contacted support, let's see what happens. Unfortunately, this is frustrating and wastes time to resolve.

wrong bottle shape and i ordered 6 packs only one came. so two problems.

I ordered a specific bottle in the picture, but the bottle had a different shape. I was only interested in the shape of the bottle in the photo. It also said 6 packs, which I think meant six bottles. What else could that mean? Only one bottle arrived. So it was very overpriced for a bottle and the bottle is not the advertised shape. I have sent it back for a refund, let's see if I get my money back after sending it back. This is why online shopping is so annoying, it happens far too often.
