Husband loves light warmth. I bought them for a trip to a cold place, but now that we're home he likes to wear them as pajamas. The set appears to be well constructed and has withstood many wears and washes.

so I bought them because I wanted to be in the Yukon in Canada where it was -40. Except for swimming, I never took them off during our four days there. They felt good and kept me warm. Came home, washed and hung out to dry --- no problem, no shrinkage. I find them warmer than the cotton and lycra set.

Silk is the most comfortable and warm base layer for winter. Worn under wool, it keeps me warm and relatively odor free when worn for long periods in sub-zero temperatures. The suppleness of silk makes it easy to move under multiple layers of clothing. This is a well made silk set at a reasonable price. Many Thanks

Love the convenience and comfort for sensitive skin. External cover required (family show here) a little problem. The cat easily tore off its paw with its claws, it's a cat, the thread unwound on it, but the dodo didn't see it. Even a thin feather thread got messed up. The stitching is excellent but the kitten cut open some of them causing them to become tangled. Corrected by sewing again. She'll cling "kneeling" to where she's sitting on you, so cover her with clothes.

I've been wearing them as a base layer every cold day since I got them. They provide a nice layer of wicking that will keep you warm outside in the cold but will also keep you warm inside. My only complaint is that the grain makes things stick out that I'd rather not stick out. Either a button or a slight overlap at the flap improves the overall design.

Not very silky, more like synthetic viscose or satin. Maybe it's silk, but it doesn't breathe and doesn't keep me very warm. It REALLY makes me wake up in a sweat and both pieces slip everywhere making them awful to put on top of. My pants are too short and my clothes keep falling out of my open fly. This leads to cumbersome shopping. The neckline of the shirt is huge, like a ballerina. It's nice that the neckline of my T-shirt isn't visible, but the neck seam comes undone in weird places and…
