Amazing non-animal solution

Based on my experience, this product is a game-changer! I've been looking for a non-animal solution for rennet and this one does the trick. The liquid consistency makes it easy to use, and it coagulates milk quickly. One downside is that it can be pricey, but the quality is definitely worth it. Overall, a fantastic addition to any kitchen!

Pros
  • Non-animal solution, easy to use, quick coagulation.
Cons
  • Can be pricey.

Enjoy Cheese Tools

I'm having a lot of fun making low-fat mozzarella cheese from raw milk. The cheese turned out great when I first tried this recipe and it continues to do so, although I may use a little more or a little less than recommended.

Pros
  • Kitchen & Dining
Cons

Easy to use best in cheese tools

I am new to cheese making. I have tried herbal rennet tablets and they have failed utterly. This liquid rennet saved the day and saved me from throwing away 2 gallons of fresh raw goat milk. I've since done 3 more batches with it and look like a pro every time!

Pros
  • Cheese Makers
Cons
  • Factor Set
