I installed this parking brake micro bypass on a 2001 Toyota Tundra with a JVC kw-v850bt receiver. The truck doesn't have a parking brake cable, so I couldn't access the backup camera settings or watch a DVD because the stereo didn't recognize that I was parked. The rear camera worked but I couldn't adjust the lines on the camera. I connected 3 wires as directed and everything worked with no problems. Do yourself a favor and install this when installing your head unit for the first time. I was impatient and installed the main unit the day I received it.
