Where's the support? on Microscopes

VERY Concerned Single User/Instructions, 3" x 4" folded paper was printed very small, no assembly instructions. BUT, and this is a big BUT, the website on this paper was NOT SECURE. Googling photos of the scope found the probable manufacturer's name, then comparing the photos found a probable model number, none of which was on the very nice box or on that piece of paper with instructions. I recently picked one of these out for my girlfriend and she uses it all the time to search through her stone collection. I have poor eyesight and needed one for soldering chips so I found this one, really good specs and the price was right.
