miiFile Review

I like how easy it is for my team members to use with our internal processes (such as tracking orders and keeping track of budgets). The mobile app isn't very user friendly; it doesn't let you create folders or organize your files in any way that's not by date/time created. I like that it works with all my favorite cloud storage providers (Google Drive/OneDrive). It's easy enough for anyone who isn't familiar wtih computers or tech in general but also has some pretty advanced features as well! The ability to keep track of all of my business contacts. I love the fact that I can just go to my dashboard and see all of my contacts and their activity. As an organization we use MII for all of our file management needs. We can easily share files with others in our team via email or using the web interface. The ability to search by metadata is very useful when looking up documents quickly. I dislike that it's not as easy to navigate through folders if you don't know where something was stored at first. If someone doesn't have access to their old computers they also won't be able to find things without knowing exactly what folder to look in…

The ease of use is something I really like about Mifile; it's not intimidating at all! There are no complicated steps or confusing icons - you simply click where you want your new file located in relation to an existing folder/directory and then choose what action should be taken when that file has been successfully saved for editing purposes.
