As good as Beachbody

I have always used a Beachbody product and have been looking for a cheaper alternative. The fact that this is a small company and the product is very well thought out influenced my decision. The taste takes some getting used to, especially if you are familiar with the Beachbody product. It's not bad, just different. In an ideal world it would be less carbs as I'm really trying to lose weight by exercising but I can't eat it all.

Affordable Price, Great Product

This section is full of overpriced products with many plausible claims of the perfect recovery drink. Mike's mix is very simple: easily digestible carbohydrates in a good ratio with protein that you mix with water to rehydrate. For heavier or longer workouts, I add an orange-flavored sports drink (more calories plus electrolytes to make up for sweat loss). If you don't schedule a second workout on the same day, the benefits of such a recovery drink are minimal, but if you do. it helps a lot…

Dear Mike, what did I do wrong that you let this product loose on me? I work hard, don't miss a Monday and try to keep in shape. So when the job is done and I drink my recovery drink, Mike's Mix, I expect it to be delicious. And until recently, when I enjoyed the chocolate version of your recovery drink, that's exactly what I got.
