Type of review

After use For several months. I would not recommend this to anyone using a portable table saw. Three main problems 1. The two supplied aluminum rail elements will not fix/stabilize the spring board completely in the rail. Often slips. I put tape on the large pieces to keep them from shifting on my Dewalt.2 portable table saw. The design can work on larger table saws.3. Depending on the height of the hand-held circular saw blade, the distance between the start of the saw blade and the front…

Pros
  • All mounting hardware included for virtually any application 3/4" and 5/8" wide angle rods and T-slot bolts for use with most standard table saws, router tables and fences
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Brutal hard plastic, won't work

Gets to the point where reviews can't be trusted at all. I just assumed it would be a decent option because it had so many reviews. That thing is literally garbage in my opinion. First, the angle bar has at least an eighth of an inch of play in your saw table slot. Yes, I used the right angle bar (both sizes available). Because of this, you can't use the board to adjust this because once you tighten and then release the knobs, the corner bar will move an eighth of an inch to the left and your…

Pros
  • Split profile slant bar design provides maximum grip
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Not a total loss, but a few features

Normally works like a pen board. The indexing function of the index finger is decent, the pressure is quite moderate. The hold functions are shaky. They seem to work but are not very user friendly. Sliding and fine-tuning are cumbersome. Not sure why the curved track needs this shape; I suspect it's due to the material savings, but that makes it difficult with a slotted clip. Also, the track spacing resets a bit the farther you get away from the fingers, the tighter the clamp goes up, and this…

Pros
  • Ergonomic handles prevent over-tightening and ensure non-slip release
Cons
  • Write later

Useless junk, difficult adjustments, waste of time and $$

I have been a cabinet maker and trim contractor for over 40 years. I build furniture, restore antique finishes and new finishes, and can fix almost anything made out of broken wood. To me, this pen is absolute rubbish. I've been using it for a week, I hate it with passion. Why? I will tell you. Pros: - cheap - that's a "cons" too Cons: - disgusting to adjust - difficult to make small movements when doing fine cutting and simple work like jamb extensions for new doors circa 1930's. At home.…

Pros
  • Dual side and forward guides for quick and easy installation
Cons
  • Not bad
