The tool I received does not have a smaller diameter on the underside of the top washer. This causes the top of the stem to move during casting. I also couldn't keep the shaft from turning in the drill no matter how hard I tightened the chuck on the drill. This caused paint and aluminum dust to get in and around the oil pump bore.
