Ideal for roofing with knife blades

These blades help save time and lives on my roll top and felt projects. The curvature makes it easy to maintain a clean, straight edge and requires very little effort - super sharp, durable, great value.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Not suitable for cutting cardboard.

They do a great job but when you plan to cut materials that may not be as tough as tape, cardboard etc they just clump up in the blade. But they work for the roof I think.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Durable, sharp blade for bituminous roofing and carpets.

As a roofer with 17 years of experience I can honestly say that this is the best value for money next to the German made blades. I change sides every 15-18 squares of the canopy. Carpet tears easily.

Happy good edges are the best tools of the trade

After the first tests I am very satisfied with these blades. The quality seems to be top. The packaging states that the edges are made of iron carbide, which is probably the reason for their durability. For your information. My blades purchased in September 2018 were made in England with a plastic dispenser made in China. The very brief product description on this page (September 2018) states that it was made in the USA.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
