What I like best about minecare is that it is very easy to use, the software has a lot of features and it is very reliable. I dislike that the software does not support more than one user at once, this makes it difficult when working with multiple users. I like how easy it is for my customers to use, they love that their jobs become more efficient with this tool. It has made our job easier by making sure we are always up to date on where to find parts in our inventory so we can keep everything well stocked at all times! My favorite feature is that it allows us as an operator, we can control our own machinery remotely via my phone or tablet using mine care app! It's easy for both the operator and maintenance teams, to track their work order status in real time while being able to see all of the related documents that are associated with it as well. I like how quickly we can access our data, even when off site or out of network.
