Description of 🎣 Minn Kota MKA-42 Quick Release Bracket: Securely Mount and Detach Your Trolling Motor with Ease

Allows trolling motor to be quickly removed from and reattached to boat deck. Side screw design attaches trolling motor to top bracket and slides into deck-mounted bottom bracket, secured with tightening screw. Solid, anodized aluminum construction with stainless steel mounting hardware. Brackets can be secured with padlock (not included) for additional security. Compatible with Ultrex, Fortrex, Maxxum, and Edge, fits foot control motors with up to 45" shaft and hand control motors with up to 52" shaft

Perfect for my dueling deck boat.

Excellent product. Installed on my deck boat. Easily dismantled for family vacations, quickly assembled for fishing. Love it.

Extremely durable

This mount is very strong and very heavy. The hardware that comes with the device is sufficient, but you must use hex screws instead of Phillips screws. It's also wider than the Ultrex, so keep that in mind.

Makes life easier good for boating and sailing

Attach this to the front of my 14ft V bottom. Slides in and out easily, creating that extra space you might need in a smaller boat. Also makes it easy to remove to put the cover on and avoids the need for a latch to prevent it from coming loose.
