Does not work on all Southwest aircraft.

Suitable for some aircraft. Used Type A on Hawaiian Airlines with no problems. The Southwest Belt works on older 737-700 seats. And it worked on the 737-800, but on the return flight, the 800 uses a different seat belt. None of the extensions fit. I don't see a proposed belt for the new style yet.

A little short but just right

I only used it for American Airlines. Most of the time I can do without. But I had once when the seat belt was very short. So I bought them to be on the safe side. Good, because I needed it on one of my return flights. Worked great. I was afraid they would tell me I couldn't use it, but my shirt hides it.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Brief instructions

The two packages were perfect for my trip!

I read why there are 2 strap extenders with 2 different types of buckles in this pack - I flew last week and used both on 2 different Southwest flights. The Boeing 737-700 uses a dual slot and the Boeing 737-800 uses a single slot. I wrote our last name and phone number on a white label and slipped the enclosed card into my purse in case there was any doubt that it was mine. I am very glad I bought this pack. I don't always need a belt extender, but some belts are shortened due to use. It was…

If you are looking for Southwest Extender

Don't buy this one. won't suit me. I bought this set for my last trip (flown SW and United. I didn't need an extension for United as I was upgraded to First Class). Luckily I didn't need an extension cord on the southwest part of my trip, but if I did it would be useless because it wasn't compatible at all. I don't know if this extender is for seat belts on older planes, but the newer plane I flew didn't have this buckle. The seller should clarify which Southwest aircraft this is compatible…
