. These mirrors appear to be of very good quality and are easy to fit, takes around 10-15 minutes per side. The material seems to be as durable as the factory mirrors I removed. The glass is stable and does not wobble even at high speeds. I would definitely buy them again.

People should be warned that the knob on the outside of the triangular cover needs to be cut off at least 1/4 inch to avoid scratching the trucks and gouging out the metal , because the door will not close unless cut off. I took the hacksaw blade off and carefully cut about halfway through and then snapped it off with a vise.

Works well. Ease of installation. After installation I had to cut most of the front studs to reveal the door jamb. Carefully cut it off with large Milwaukee Linemans pliers. The puddle lamps could have been better, but that's not why I bought them. If you want towing mirrors with factory looks and features, this will help. Installed on a 2009 Ram 1500 Laramie.

The product seems worthy. The main mirror is poorly fixed in the frame, the mirrors creak inside when opening and closing the doors. The anchor bolts on one of the studs are too long and touch the inner door, compromising the door's seal until it opens. Otherwise they look good, work well and I'm very happy with them.

For reference I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie with a rating of 5.7. I gave 2 stars because at least everything works. But it only gets 2 stars because it ONLY works. The engine is loud and clunky, the position lights are the equivalent of a key light, they don't even reach the ground like the stock ones. Maybe 10 lumens. For the price you can't beat these mirrors. This is the second set I've bought. One set on my 2nd gen and now one set on my 4th gen. Unless the entire door panel had to be removed, both mirrors could be installed in 15 minutes or less. The only problem was I had to cut off the screw heads so my door could close without scratching the jam. If they had shortened the length of the screws by about 1/4 inch this problem could have been avoided and I would give them 5 stars.

So let's start with the bad. The rivets are too long and will scratch the paintwork if left uncut. So, get your dremel ready.
