I was very impressed with the quality and size of this trap. The installation went really well and should definitely fit the size of the Duramax motor.

I used this High Flow Catcher on my BMW 335d. No problems with the crankcase gasket yet. It flows well and catches almost all oil fumes. Definitely recommend.

The product is really solid. However, in my application, this did not prevent oil and water vapor from entering my air intake. For what you're paying for it, he should keep it away. I installed it on 6.5Ltd.

High quality product, well made and compact. Early usage so can't rate performance, but don't expect any issues. I had to get used to the installation in a confined space, which ended up working perfectly.

Bought for a motorhome with a diesel slider. Most of these traps do not admit enough air for a diesel engine. This is actually designed for diesel and works very well. One point deducted for being heavier than it should be.

Install this catcher on a turbo diesel. Catches oil well. Some of them pass and return to the air intake, but most get stuck in the trap. Nice design where you can easily unscrew the bottom by hand for draining or cleaning. You can also open the valve at the bottom to drain or even install a drain valve if you like. Mishimoto spent a lot of time developing this lens and it shows. The materials don't look cheap. Maybe the only downside is that I'd like to be $50 cheaper. It's a bit expensive…

Very well made. I have a Cummins 01 that just had a puke bottle. Was screwing up the whole time. I bought a cheap oil separator and just made a mess. Spit out the oil from the upper filter.
