Good kit, look out for the heater radiator hose

Quality kit with Wix filter. I'm not sure if others had the problem, but I had to cut the heater core hose off. When you insert the hose from the kit, the extra length pushes the heater core hose very close to the turbine downpipe. Trimming isn't that difficult, but there is something to consider

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Great price

All is well in filters

There was a problem with the wrong product, this was a last resort so I fixed it as best I could. I contacted support this Monday and they definitely helped with my issue. I appreciate it very much. (I had the degas hose reversed the wrong way around so it looks correct and you can't tell the difference other than it just doesn't reach the filter outlet). Anyway, great customer service, arrived quickly and well packaged, all is well.

Great kit but make sure you cut the heater hose!

I installed it on my late 2004 F250 and it was easy and the quality seems really good. First of all, make sure you cut the heater hose as the turbo exhaust pipe will most likely burn it. I had to cut about 2 inches from the tubing. The hoses themselves included in the kit are excellent quality and I love the fact that they are clampable. The actual filter mount is also of excellent quality and I am missing this kit to get the job done.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Available in black only.

Very happy with the install.

Very easy to install. I didn't have to drain several gallons of coolant like the installation video says. I simply clamped the heater hose in a vise and made the modification. After replacing the hose, the expansion tank lost almost no liquid. I wish the kit had enough worm clamps for the entire setup instead of reusing the factory ones. You will get enough claims just to connect both hoses to the filter. And connect the heater hose. Overall very satisfied. Looks like quality parts. But onlyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • I don't like anything about it, everything is fine

Qualitatively disappointed. But easy installation.

I expected a quality machine for the price. Valves screwed in badly. I had to sand them back and forth with a drop of machine oil before attaching the teflon tape. Some trimming of the hose is required. Cut off the heater hose. Unless. You will burn your hose on the turbo exhaust. I didn't have to drain the coolant. I pinched the hoses as installed. Lost a few ounces of fluid. I don't feel that the quality is reflected in the price. If I buy again. I would look for something cheaper.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • interval

Overpriced given the cost of the components in this filter set. Brass ball valves started leaking in less than 2 years. Poor quality valve. Lifetime guarantee? They will charge you fifteen dollars to send you a new one. . . "Shipping and Handling" Brass does not tolerate heat. Typically, the maximum temperature is around 180-200 degrees Fahrenheit. The coolant temperature of a diesel engine is usually above this temperature. Stainless steel would be the best choice for proper coolant filterโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
