Mishimoto Red Ancillary Hose Kit for Subaru WRX/STI 2004-2007: Complete Review and Compatibility Guide Review

The description says Wrx 04 but if you read carefully it says 2.5 liters. I have the right kit. I am sending this back and have ordered the correct one. I called Mishimoto and told them. They didn't seem to care but said they would pass the information along to the web team.

For the 2005 WRX/STI despite being such a good quality item there were 3 parts that did not fit. This is such a waste of the amount I paid. I couldn't return it as I had some of the parts already installed and it was so painful to even remove them. I wish they could at least substitute the right size for these 3 pieces. I emailed the company but no response. Just be careful!

The small hose I understood went to the bottom of the upper coolant reservoir was too small to use. I ended up having to use a piece of flareless AN Aeroquip hose with a clamp to prevent twisting. Very disappointing as the rusty barbs and factory hose have been leaked which was a precursor to buying this kit.

Mishimoto have great products. Excellent quality. But those hoses I got for my 06 Wrx don't even come close. So far everyone has given me a chance to earn my money. I only have 3 on so far. In the video. "Hose number 8" didn't even come with my kit. Hose number 3 is completely wrong. my kit was not there. RUN FROM THIS KIT. PLUS NONE OF THE MISHIMOTO PRODUCTS COME WITH A STICKERS! Give us at least some stickers for the money we're spending

As a result I could only use 3 of these hoses, 2 of which do not fit and 1 needs improvement. If you are looking for PVC Vent Line, keep searching or buy OEM. This includes 1 that actually goes to the car. The rectangular coolant reservoir hose is the wrong diameter and you will never get it to work with the car. This is my experience with 07 STI. STAY AWAY! It was $140 and I will never understand why I wasted it.
