If you use a denim bag alone it will be very flimsy and unstable as a tote bag, if you use a liner it will be too hot for carriers to carry being at home for a longer period of time, for example during a flight or when shopping. This is my honest opinion but I am, we all have different views on different items. I hope you purchase this item and ALWAYS convince yourself that it might be a different story for someone else. good day

The perfect dog carrier disguised as an everyday bag

This is a really well designed bag with a ventilated dog carrier on the inside that snaps into an outer pocket. When I carry my four pound Chihuahua around with me, many people don't even know I'm carrying a dog because it looks like a regular canvas bag. It's spacious inside so I put a blanket on the floor to make it more comfortable. Good airflow, easily fits under an airplane seat. Best tote for travel and everyday use Our pup loves this bag. We have several tote bags but this is by far her favorite. She'll jump into this bag when we're ready to go outside, and she'll ask us to bring her in so she can nap in it after dinner! We have used this bag on an intercity plane for over 5 years. Watch. Great carrier for small dogs!

I have a black quilted tote bag that I use over a basic 7 lb Chihuahua mix tote bag. She loves it and often prefers to sleep in it, even when we are at home.
