Brilliant idea and great execution! Haven't used it yet as it's my emergency kit but I folded a heavy duty quilted garbage bag (to put it on to keep it perfectly clean) and 3 plastic poop bags in it and converted it to a compact size. I bought a 10 lb can of lightweight kitty litter and it's ready for our "potty needs" for emergency evacuation! It is very well made and opens up into a fairly large litter box.
