Not worth the money

I bought this hole saw to make 4 1/8 holes in 3/4 inch plywood, I cut 2 holes and on the 3rd hole the teeth started falling off and is now unusable. I think I only have one kind of bad saw so take this review for what it's worth. Very disappointed, I've never had that with a hole saw. I would return the saw but it took about two months after purchase before I needed to use it.

Fits the so-called 2 " grommets, which actually require a 50mm hole

This size is more suitable for the so-called 2" grommets used for many computer cables that Foreign and domestic are made for 50mm holes, not 2 inch. If you use a 2" saw you will end up with a slightly larger hole (51mm). good seat. But good luck finding it. Good quality saw. But steel, not carbide, so you might want to get two if you plan on making a lot of holes.

Very controlled cutting

I used this 1" hole saw to cut through a 3/4" ferrous pipe nipple to form a saddle shape for a good weld to another piece of pipe 3 /4 in. A 3/4" pipe is actually about 1-1/16" in diameter, but I figured the cut would be at least 1-1/16" in diameter on a typical hole saw swing. Not with this hole saw, it's very sharp (well, it's new), doesn't stick, twitch or jump from side to side. Nice smooth straight cut, although I had to increase it a bit with a round twisting stone. You could have usedโ€ฆ
