They are very responsive! I have had multiple issues with my website that they were able to fix within hours of me contacting them. The customer service is AMAZING! I never felt like I was being ignored or left hanging. Also, they provide great tutorials for new users so it's easy to get set up. I love how simple and straight forward everything is.
