A BMD ATEM Mini to switch between two of these cameras, an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil as a whiteboard, and a fourth input from a MacBook Air. The lens is very sensitive to adjustments as other comments have noted. Of course, it's best to set it up and leave it "blocked".

There's always a bit of noise in shadowed areas - but that's normal for a security device. The lens is simple - just focus. The sharpest range for this camera is actually less than 6 feet. Nice little camera - so good I went back to buy a second one. I have my first that successfully outputs 1080p30 to a Magewell Quad HDMI capture card via a 15ft HDMI cable. I have nothing to complain about and I'm particularly pleased with the actual optical zoom/focus/iris adjustment that the lens offers.
