I installed these pedals as a replacement and the thread from the adapter to the crank was literally completely torn off after a ride of about 6 km.

These pedals are amazing. very durable and a brand you can trust. They look good and there are multiple colors to choose from. I bought these for a Muson mountain bike and settled on the design.

They're great! This is perfect if you have a Mongoose bike and want to upgrade the pedals, they are a good weight and feel strong! Other reviews probably worded it wrong lol.

These are metal pedals. If you have a mongoose with plastic pedals like me, this is a good replacement. My plastic pedals broke and I put them on and they seem to be holding up great. Why Mongoose doesn't put these pedals on all of their bikes is beyond me. The colored plastic pedals look nice, but just don't last.

pedal will do when you need a super simple pedal for fun. Upon unboxing, however, I found that the lug bearings are very rough and prevent the pedal from spinning freely. I also wanted to install the front thrust bearings. These pedals do not allow this due to their construction. The metal part of the pedal protrudes from under the orange reflectors. So if you want to remove the reflectors and place the toe frame there, the bar will prevent you from doing so.

The pedals are wide, flat and light. They look good and seem to have very good bearings. I really like her. You need a very narrow wrench to remove the old pedals and replace them with new ones. I have an inexpensive adjustable wrench that I grind down the sides to get there. It still works well for other things too. If you like the grippy surface of the pedals, they may not be for you. They have small molded lugs that provide enough traction for city riding, but maybe not for hard off-road…
