Works well for what I wanted. We used it to install a small security monitor. I had to add some shims to tilt it more since the mount is tall so it doesn't get in the way, but that must have more to do with what we wanted for the mount than the product itself.

Has a built in bubble level, very useful during installation. Large hex set screws also require a Phillips screwdriver, but the metal is soft and the Phillips screw head comes off easily, so I used a hex head instead. The device can be adjusted to tilt the TV up and down. I downgraded this lever to 4 stars as there is some play in the angle adjustment screw to allow the TV to rotate easily on the bracket.
