I asked Kaiterra for a replacement product (if it hadn't broke so quickly I would have given this product a good rating). The Laser Egg+ suddenly stopped working properly after a very short time. The battery, which used to charge for several hours, now drains immediately after turning off the device, and even when connected to Wi-Fi, it stops working. Factory reset didn't help other than losing my previous settings without being able to restore them. That's another quirk of the clunky interface
