Good quality audio cable

Good price. Used for sprinkler valve solenoid valve. Good outer shell, good insulation that is easy to remove. Good price for 50 feet.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Seniors

Thin but strong - audio cable

Extra thin wire. I have 18 AWG and it's marked as such, but it's thinner than any 18 gauge wire I've ever used. In addition, the sheath is very hard, not easy to guide.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Traded in

Bad Shielding: Cables and Connections

The inner wire is good, but the sheath is very stiff and not flexible at all. It was difficult to fish and route due to the minimal flex of the outer shell.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • There are nuances

Use for LEDs is great!

Had really great results with this LED wiring. Just use these instead of the cheap, low quality wiring that comes with LED strips. It's much easier to work with and has a sheath over the two wires.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • No mold required

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The cable is too stiff to be used as speaker cable.

I bought this thinking it would be quicker than twisting and sheathing the primary wire. Well if I didn't install the cable in the vehicle it would work. It works if you install it in the house, but it is not flexible enough to use in the car.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Some problems

The copper wires are very good quality and look like 18 gauge.

The copper wires are of very good quality and appear to be 18 gauge as advertised. I used these wires for wiring LED strips under kitchen cabinets. I wanted extra protection in the form of a flame retardant plastic jacket, the only downside to wires with an extra outer layer is that they can be a bit tricky to manage in an installation with tight bends.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Fade

The sheath around the wire is too stiff

This is literally the more expensive and annoying version of buying two separate spools of red and black wire. The sheath doesn't hold the wires in place when they're short, and they add an overall rigidity that isn't necessary. Real speaker wire should be physically connected and broken at the ends, not encased in useless plastic.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Mostly OK, but...
