Confirm monitor resolution/adjust display settings

Have 2 port DisplayPort, didn't work at first. I use both identical monitors and the manufacturer specs are 1366 x 768 resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. For 2-port DisplayPort to work according to the manufacturer's specs, you must have a minimum output resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a refresh rate of 60Hz. After playing around with the display settings on the PC and looking at the manufacturer's specs, set the display settings to 1920x1080 and refresh rate: 60Hz and then it worked right away…

Not suitable for KVM installation

I like the metal case of this hub. The rigidity added by the case makes it very durable. The primary cable is thick and well made. I have had no problems with this device when connected directly between my computer and my monitors. I had a problem installing with KVM. The setting was Computers > KVM > Hub > Monitors. When used internally with KVM, the monitors simply did not work. When I use KVM alone the monitor works fine, but when I use the hub myself everything is fine. When I use…

I'm not giving you 5 screens with Geforce 1080 GTX

I knew it was a gamble. Here is my configuration: I have two GTX1080 in SLI mode with 3 equal sized screens (for 3D viewing) and a projector. Thus 4 displays are connected. I thought that with 2 graphics cards I could get up to 8 displays, but not quite, when connecting cards a maximum of 4 displays. Also, I wanted to use an Oculus Rift S, so I figured this MST displayport might help, but it doesn't. When I plugged the Oculus into one of my DP screens, it still only saw one. So I returned it…

Works great until it randomly stops working.

Approximately 6 months have passed. I have a 1050 Ti graphics card and 2 new Asus monitors (1920x1200). When I first got this splitter it didn't work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in, but I thought maybe it was just loose. I can't remember now if it was weeks or even a few months before it accidentally stopped working for the first time - unplugging and plugging it back in worked again. But since then it's been happening more and more frequently and even after reconnecting it becomes

I am using a brand new Dell Tower PC with Windows 10. ALL SYSTEM DRIVERS AND BIOS HAVE BEEN UPDATED. I installed an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 from Dell. It has a DisplayPort, an HDMI and a DVI. I have two identical LG 27" 4K MONITORS tested separately on the same PC at 3840 x 2160. I have a MONOPRICE 2 Port DisplayPort 1.2 with a DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport (MST) Hub (P/N 21972 ) connected to two different kits. identical DisplayPort 1.4 cables. I switched cables, switched monitors, used…
