🚛 Monroe 34927 Gas-Magnum Truck Shock Absorber: Enhanced Performance and Superior Ride Control Review

Perfect for my Bronco. The ride is not hard, but harder. I don't know about durability but I suspect they will last a long time.

I needed shock absorbers and Monroe had a discount so I bought them. My truck has 6 shock absorbers installed so I got 6 for the price of 5. If they were to install them themselves now, I would do it.

I was trying to decide between OEM and these shocks and after reading reviews saying they offer a stiffer ride I was a little hesitant. I didn't find them significantly stiffer than the stock shocks I had on the Bronco, but they changed the handling and I think for the better.

Another piece of Bronco 89 restomod. Great shocks, easy installation (but then again all shocks are pretty easy to install so no surprise here) and great value for money with a quality lifetime guarantee, what can I go wrong? I didn't ride the Bronco before the swap so can't tell the difference, but I've been a Monroe shocker for decades.

I used to replace the stock front and rear mount shocks. They fit like a glove. I have a slight rise on the Bronco, if I remember correctly it's 3 or 4 inches. They are comfortable for the fast ride I've had since installing them. I've used similar shocks on other trucks and they work well. These aren't rugged track-ready shocks, but they do well on well-maintained dirt roads. Hope that helps.
