Fits perfectly! fits coil springs

Was fitted with the replacement of the A-pillars. Good too, because the domestic springs were both broken half a turn from the bottom! I believe these nibs were also made in the USA!

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Non-automatic

Good replacement for springs

Corrected handlebar play from old spring without upper spiral. The steering is now soft and quiet. Good value for money. Definitely sits an inch or two higher than the 18 year old factory spring.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

Stock springs for Volkswagen Jetta V 2001

Can you believe they are made in the USA? Wow. Anyway, I bought a full set of Gaberial shocks, including springs, shock absorber, boots, etc. Because of this, my front end sagged like a racer. The path to softness. Did a little research and these were the correct springs for my 2001 Volkswagen Jetta VR6. Raised the front back to factory height. So happy.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

very satisfied: spare parts

cheap and strong; a great replacement for the original 2001 Golf TDI (395,000 miles) which is soft, compressed, worn and broken; They're a bit bigger than the originals, but in my opinion they're good; can now drive right over possums and raccoons and avoid hitting a low-hanging oil pan; No side effects from CV joints etc were noticed when riding at a new angle - which is probably closer to real than what I've endured for a while.

Pros
  • robust design
Cons
  • not bad

Raised my Jetta MK4 to factory height!

Springs are a great replacement for any broken or old springs you may have on your Volkswagen MK4. I've had close to 200,000 on my front springs and 100,000 of them with a lift kit in the harsh Vermont winters/roads. The stock springs were broken in several places, making it very unsafe to ride. I have removed the lift kit for now but know these springs will work great with the kit to give me extra height in the future if I decide to reinstall

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Folds

. with moog 81055 tow springs and i love the extra height

I have paired them with moog 81055 tow springs and i really like the extra height. My 2000 VW Golf sagged about 1 inch from age and they raised me 1 inch above factory which is nice when the under-low sump in my TDI is intact and undamaged, but the car was raked quite a bit with the rear tow springs . I later added 7/8"ID x 1-1/4" OD x 1-1/4" HIGH STEEL SPACERS with ebay between the strut mount and strut plate which gave the car a nice slight lean and it almost made perfectly level when towing…

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • updates
