Rubber Seal Failure: Control Levers and Parts

Just received two bushings that I recently ordered. Upon inspection, I noticed that the rubber gasket was separating from the metal on the underside. This can be clearly seen in the photo. I found it on both sockets. The spherical bearing is rigid, but can move around its own axis. Will get a replacement.

Difficult to assemble as there seems to be different models of the same model

Ordered two first, none will fit, then ordered another pair Only gold tube bushings with a vintage look will fit. should return the other three. Now I'm tired of just buying from Advanced Auto for double the price, but taking the control lever with me and seeing if it fits. Also, good luck installing spacers for struts larger than 1 inch, especially new struts.

Great alternative to OEM

I installed these bushings on a 2005 Honda CR-V. Ideal for lower wishbones. These Moog bushings are built like a tank and should last longer than a car. I've seen reviews where others complained about the steering being too hard. I noticed that the steering wheel was getting heavier, but everything was fine. These bushings have replaced 13 year old factory bushings so a stiffer ride can be expected. I have purchased Moog suspension parts for other cars in the past and have always found them…
