2003 Mustang GT on Suspension Tools

Perfect fit for my Mustang GT 4x4 project. They cost less than half the price of the EXACT model that Discount Auto tried to sell me on the spot. They have a grease fitting, so don't forget to grab a grease gun and some lube to fill those things up. Just rent a press from your local auto shop (should be around a hundred bucks) and pop the old ones out and then press them in. I would recommend sanding the inside of the control arm after the old ball joints are removed. and apply some anti-seize…

Great product, must take care when installing.

This is a quality ball joint well worth the extra money. Don't skimp on ball joints because if one breaks, the ball pin will pop out of the seat and wheel. will be in the inner wing. If used on a 99-04 Mustang (likely a 94-98 too) you must tighten the castle nut BEFORE reattaching the strut to the steering knuckle or you will not be able to get the bushing onto the ball joint nut. Moog - the best replacement parts for every car

I received the item without one of the boots. Moog - the best parts for every car. Ordering from Revain is great for saving money compared to the big auto parts stores in town, but this was the second time my items ordered from Amazon were missing parts. Last time I ordered KYB front stays the top nut was missing which is very hard to find as it is metric and thinly threaded.
