Perfect Fit 1992 F-150 XLT

Fits: 1992 Ford F-150, XLT, Stepside Pickup. The product fit like a glove, we didn't have to drill anything at all. We were done in 45 minutes from start to finish. This is for the right side.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Perfect replacement

This worked great to fix issues with my radius arm as I figured everything could be replaced as I was replacing the springs and had to remove the arm anyway. I just reused the original screws for most, although I had a bit of trouble installing them because this part has slightly different hole sizes than the original screws.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Guard

96 f150 2wd Best in Radius Arm & Parts

The bolts and holes on the new bracket were about 1/8 inch thinner than on the old bracket AND the old frame. I was afraid this might cause misalignment after installation. (although I could probably just install it since it came and was done with it) I used a step drill to remove some of the material and used the old brackets. After that it worked like a charm and was easy to install.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • I won't say anything

WILL NOT FIT 1996 F150

Will not fit 1996 F150. The holes were too small, only 3 lined up. The part number on the box matched the part number ordered, but the actual component just didn't match. Ordered from Bronco Cemetery and fits perfectly - no luck with Moog. The bolts were smaller (although I had to order multiple times just to get the bolts as advertised. No, I wouldn't recommend this part for a 1996 F150).

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • old

Package open, screws missing, paint broken into pieces

The product arrived poorly packaged with almost nothing in the box so the items were still on their way to me. The screws were loose as was the main bracket resulting in severe damage to the paintwork and holes in the box resulting in the loss of some nuts and bolts. I'll be purchasing replacement class 8 screws to mount the unit so I'm not worried about lost hardware, but I was hoping the packaging would be neater. Just FYI, UPS shipping rules are what ALL shipping departments must base their…

Large piece of metal, incorrect/inadequate fasteners

This is a flange/receptacle/handle that holds the radius arm bushing, not the bushing kit. The new radius arm bushings are great for this part. My old mounting flange had slotted holes due to bushing failure. This part definitely needs big, stronger and larger screws than supplied! The big piece of metal is great. Make sure you research the right grade or type of fastener to attach to your truck. Be sure to use real locknuts and load-sharing nuts as well. Most local hardware stores will not…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
