Not even the right product

This will not fit a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500, despite what Revane says. This is a completely different mounting configuration. Also, the shock I got wasn't even part of a Moog, which was very annoying.

Pros
  • Install MOOG parts, the brand of choice for professional technicians and NASCAR crew chiefs.
Cons
  • I will add later

Perfect fit, quick delivery, reinforced wheel and road disc damping

Good product. 1999 2500 Dodge 4x4. My truck has a "Y" tie rod that is over $90 (compared to "T") which beats the auto parts store price (2 of them) by $208. I will change it to 5 stars if it lasts and I expect it.

Pros
  • Verified by MOOG engineers Construction and design
Cons
  • Fits

ABUSE, not for 2004 RAM 2500 4WD

Delivery was quick, price was good. Only one STAR because the app was completely wrong! AMAZON must include a product image. The 2004 RAM 2500 4WD I have requires a tapered stud in the center of the tie rod. This SSD132 steering stabilizer looks like old style shock absorbers with a hole at each end. It should look like this (Bilstein 24-158848 or 33-174525 5100)… MOOG is the best in my opinion, it's not a gas shock. I've had great results with MOOG products for over 35 years.

Pros
  • Designed to meet or exceed OE
Cons
  • requirements Negative impression
