🏎️ Enhance Performance with Moroso 63784 Intercooler Tank for Subaru WRX/STI Review

Replaces my rusty factory tank. Looks great, easy to assemble and doesn't leak. Highly recommend if you are in the market.

A broken plastic bezel needed to be replaced urgently. That helped. You'll have to cut the hose off, but I don't have to worry about that hose ever breaking. No leaks or problems with mine.

Installed to increase performance and replace a factory block that was leaking at all seams. Installation was very easy (check the bottom hoses, you don't need to cut them. Choose the side farthest from the tank). Has been running on the car for over 2 years with no problems.

Bought this tank to replace my leaking factory tank with an 05 Sti. The set is neat. The tubing needs to be trimmed for a good fit. The tank holds pressure at idle but cannot hold coolant during the drive cycle. Coolant seeps through the cap area, although Moroso has a "double cap" I do not recommend buying this product. Moroso does not offer online product support. Cutting off the OEM hoses also makes going back to the OEM tank more difficult.

WHY THIS PART: I bought this part after realizing that my expansion tank was leaking my 04 WRX was not caused by a broken cap. Instead, my factory tank started popping at the base of the filler neck and coolant dripped onto the top of the tank to gently vaporize as I drove. Why Moroso? Well this is one of the cheapest alternative tanks and I knew I didn't want to buy another OEM tank only to fail later.
