no other part of the arm will be cut off. This design is very satisfying. The handle feels nice, the grip is comfortable, the length is a little short, and the weight is just fine. It can be seen that it is stainless steel, which makes people feel comfortable. The Feel is now more economical and affordable, which is commendable.

Bought this knife for my husband as he is the chef in our house. Opened it up and immediately fell in love with the view. Started slicing food and was amazed at the sharpness out of the box. He loves this knife. He took to Facebook to show off his new gift and his cooking friend said he has the same knife himself and uses it in his kitchen at work. Quality knife and great price.

Comes in a beautiful gift box. The quality of the blade appears to be well built. The blade merges into the handle and provides a good balance. It's very sharp so be careful when you take it out of the box, there are guards on the edge of the knife. I cut the onion as well as the chicken and they both cut well. Good knives are essential in the kitchen and that didn't disappoint!

From the moment I took the knife out of the box I already knew that the handle was too heavy for the knife itself, unbalanced and would not allow for good wrist movement . If you had to cut a lot of bread, it would start affecting your wrist. After cutting just five slices of bread, my wrist is very tired. This is not a balanced knife. I also felt that the knife was too short and not long enough to properly slice the bread. Now I know why they recommend a 10 inch bread knife.

Just received the knife. It's a good weight. Haven't used it yet. Feels very sharp. The website says a lot about it being German steel It is mentioned several times about the German knife. The problem is that it is made in China. The handle is well made. Is it supposed to be a damask knife, interesting? Interestingly, the pattern ends in a fairly straight line on the bolster. For that Price I would be surprised if this was the real Damascus.

I care about comfort and weight before I care about sharpness. The location in my hand and the creative way they designed it to flow from end to end. The blade is solid to the end of the handle. Beautifully cut. I love that it comes with a bread slicer for bakers. It looks like a present! It came in a black box, inside there are red velvet moldings for each item. A blade with a damask pattern that is pleasant to the touch :) We decided to buy it before Christmas. I'm very picky about my knives…

I chose this one because I liked the chef's knife and the price was reasonable. When I received it I was surprised how it felt in my hand. It is well balanced and the handle has some weight. It feels like a well-made tool should be durable and comfortable. I heard the steel they use can be brittle so I was careful with that. My second favorite thing is the knife guard since I don't have a pad and have to keep it in my desk drawer so I don't have to worry about breaking it. It's not top notch…
